From the start Oldham's was professional and helpful, giving insight the process of an estate sale and honest advice about what we should expect. I opted for an online-auction which went extremely well as it provided convenience for both me and potential buyers. The pricing structure is clear (everything is in writing) and the preview/pick-up days are well organised. The two best parts of Oldham's was Brody, who was easily contactable any time to answer questions that came up, and the workers who sort, photograph, and categorise the sale items. These workers who did our sale were incredibly knowledgeable about antiques and a real joy to work with, all around good trustworthy people.

(August 14, 2018, 4:51 pm)Brody, his father and Kim are all US veterans. They run an awesome business. I purchase from at least half of their auctions to support my own farm and retail business. They are honest, straightforward and supportive of both sellers and buyers.
They do have employees that are less than professional and don’t know how to treat customers courteously or professionally. I had a recent situation where I was treated unprofessionally. I made mention of it to the on site manager. I received a phone call from the owner of the company wanting details of the occurrence. He also apologized. So- like any small business, they are challenged with finding and retaining good help. Sometimes you run into an employee who’s DNA just doesn’t possess friendly support for customers.

(April 8, 2018, 1:56 am)Been doing 'business with them for some time now. I am fairly busy but with the online auctions I can bid on various items without spending all day makes it really convenient. They have always went out of their way to help me get loaded and are really friendly to deal with highly recommended .
