(October 31, 2018, 8:12 pm)Great people. They have a shower house but it takes quarters to use. $1 for 15 minutes. The water was hot. But, don't try the second dollar because it gets cold fast on the second go round. But, 15 minutes is a pretty good shower anyway. It has a small laundry. 2 washers and 2 dryers. $2 to wash dryers are free. The water pressure in the park is very strong. Cell service and tv reception are hit and miss. But, I don't want it to sound like you can't use your phone or internet. I work online and use it for Hulu and Netflix. It will sometimes get glitchy. Which is frustrating, but in a little while it will be fine. It is a tiny town with a cafe, bar, and a little store. (They have amazing homemade applebutter) It's 7 minutes from a walmart, McDonald's and a bunch of other stores. It is cheap, quiet, the people are nice (at the park, in the town and in the town higginsville just 7 minutes from the park. Really the entire area has some of the nicest people we have met.) I stayed for over a month and I would come back. Actually, if I didn't travel for a living I probably would have stayed longer.

(August 24, 2018, 9:39 pm)Great place to stay. Small town atmosphere with friendly people. On-site convenience store just opened. One block from cafe, poolhall/bar. Nearby park. Extremely low daily rate.
10/10 would stay here again! -
