I appreciated the fact that they were honest about not being able to clean some pieces because of the fine fabric and they didn't want to risk damaging them. They were helpful in explaining the method that would need to be used and directing me to some professionals that might be able to get the job done. As for the furniture they were able to clean; they made it look like new and it wasn't overly wet. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again in the future:)

I have never seen our carpets look so good! I was so impressed by how hard they worked to get all the stains out and make sure we were happy with the results. You can’t go wrong with Griffin Flooring!
