I would highly recommend this storage. The facility is very clean and convenient. I feel that my boat and belongings are secure at all times. Mostly I’ve been dealing with the owner and it has been great! She is helpful and friendly. Other staff I’ve spoke with have been great as well.

I called 11 min before closing time. Spoke with Andrew, after explaining my situation to him he agreed to stay past close to make sure I was able to secure a unit.
Andrew was the best, very kind and friendly taking the extra time to make sure I knew how to get In/out as well. Thank you so much Andrew and I would highly recommend this facility!
My experience at Platte City Self-Storage (with the owner) was a positive one. My partner and I rented a truck (24 hour rental) to move my items from a storage unit into our new home. Pick up was quick and simple. Furthermore, the owner was very friendly. We had no issues upon returning the truck. The gas, mileage, and price was fair. I highly recommend dealing with the owner she was wonderful. We will rent from this location again, when we need to move from our current military location.
