I NEVER do reviews for anything, but I feel like I have to for this hotel.

The staff have always been friendly and the room has always been ready hours before actual check in which is wonderful.

It's conveniently located close to the Greystone Metro North train station for easy access to the city, and is also less than an hour's drive from Manhattan.

I've been staying here 1-2 times a year for the last five years as I am an avid Broadway attendee. I don't always love staying right in the city because of the hustle and bustle, so this is a perfect place to stay if you are the same way.

Please, PLEASE stay here, it's so worth it!

I have been staying at this Hilton hotel for over 7 years. This hotel keeps getting better and better (which is rare these days).
The rooms are clean and ALWAYS meet and or exceed the Hilton standard. Willie and Angie are 100% on point with customer service and make every customer feel welcomed, not rushed with questions and incredibly friendly. I have to say.. this last stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel snack/convenience store was stocked with the best selection of goods I have seen in any Hilton I have ever stayed in. My understanding is that Tristan was the team member that made this happen. From someone that travels often for work and is often disappointed with what is offered by the hotel in regards to food and drink options...it makes a HUGE difference. Just one of the reasons I choose this Hilton as my home away from home.

This place was real good. My family was comfortable in the room and we enjoyed the breakfast before our departure. The location is also nice, located near a great pizza place and a Starbucks.

My family and I stayed at the hotel to attend a funeral the service was exceptional!!! from the amazing front desk staff (Jordan) who had excellent customer service warm and friendly
The entire staff was very welcoming especially having to deal with children running all over the place lol
Rooms were very clean breakfast was amazing and hot every morning
an overall great experience

Hotel is in the back of a sad little office park, and the turn is easy to miss. Perfectly fine hotel, though I've had better. The drapes don't close - only the sheers do - which wasn't great at sunset. The room had decent lighting for a hotel, but that could always be better. (Hotel rooms are always dark, which is a problem when you have work to do.) And I did not like that the room's trash can had separate openings for trash and recycling but only one bag. That is, they lie about recycling because there is only one compartment. I found that detail very poor.
