(October 14, 2016, 10:13 am)This is a great box. I'm in KC a couple weeks out of the year. I dropped in three times this week and everyone was friendly and inviting. The programing was great and it was easy to setup my drop-in in advance through wodify. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

(March 24, 2016, 9:37 am)I was able to drop in twice while on a recent trip to the KC area. Really clean, really spacious gym with every piece of equipment you can think of. They even have a turf field with a sled! But the best part of experience was the people. They were extremely welcoming to an outsider. I will be stopping here every time I am in the area. Awesome place!
