(March 21, 2018, 6:33 pm)My family and I love it here! We’ve only been here a short period of time but I have no complaints! People thinks it’s pricey, but you’re definitely getting what you pay for. It’s a clean, friendly, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Management is awesome- they were extremely nice during the application process (which was difficult with my situation) and they put up with all my silly questions at move in. Maintenance is awesome as well! They are quick to help, and very friendly. This place feels like home without a doubt and so far it’s been the best experience of renting that I’ve had yet.

(February 25, 2017, 12:10 pm)Fair price, perfect location, friendly neighborhood, clean and updated amenities, the most professional and courteous staff, and let me tell you a story about the maintenance dude. It was a miserably hot July summer night, and my AC went out. Being a Saturday night well after 9pm, Maintenance was definitely off duty, but I went ahead and tried to contact him. Within ten minutes, he was at my door. Another fifteen minutes, and he had the AC running again! As for the office staff, they are awesome! From breakfast bars to pool parties and food drives, they are very interactive with the residents. I don't want to spoil all the neighborhood events that they sponsor, but my favorite is the 4th of July fireworks show! Can't see myself living anywhere else!!

(February 3, 2015, 4:01 pm)We've lived here for 3 months and have been rather impressed. We had a leak on our hot water heater within the first week and they were out to fix it that day. Our washer wasn't draining properly and they replaced it quickly and without us even requesting a new one over a repair. Would definitely recommend this place!
