Our car was pretty bad when we had it towed to Ashbys to diagnose. They were wonderful! It was so nice to be able to communicate via text instead of playing phone tag all day. We have been a long time customer of another shop in Parkville, but we may just have a new favorite shop to use. Hope was so nice and pleasant to work with. No one wants to have to spend money on fixing their cars but it makes it a lot easier when the place you take it to is so great!

Being a female, mechanics usually talk to me like I’m stupid and try and make me scared into getting stuff done on my car that I don’t need. Hope is not like that at all. She talks to me with respect and never uses scary terms unless she needs to. As long as I live with in 30 minutes of her shop I will always be taking my cars here.

They were able to work me in their schedule, even when I was running late. The attendant was friendly and professional. I was there for a motorcycle inspection, and was processed quickly. Will go again for my next inspection!

There is no upselling or talking around the price; what you get told before service is what you pay for and check out is simple and quick. As far as I'm concerned this is the only auto shop I need to visit from now on.
