  US Bank literally changed the way I view baking! All of my prior experiences with three other banks had convinced me the entire banking industry was a corrupt system with diabolical intentions being the foundation for all of the policies skillfully designed to manipulate and burden the average customer and for anyone living on an insufficient or fixed income these policies can create devastating circumstances for customers and their family.
  US Bank has proven their commitment to value every member or client in a transparent and respectful manner designed to support our individual needs and circumstances. The Richmond branch of US Bank employs representatives who provide personalized and excellent customer service! They are always helpful, attentive, and willing to go that extra mile to help problem solve or assist in your individual needs. Each of the bank representatives at the Richmond branch I have encountered are professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. If they cannot solve your issue they will definitely facilitate a connection to someone who can!
  The main US Bank reps are also extremely helpful. Whether through Email or phone communications the support is ALWAYS exactly what you need. I won't ever bank anywhere else!

  They have a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a place to park or just use the drive thru. It is one of the best banks in town.
