Been here almost 3 months and it's amazing. You understand your daily duties. And when your work is done you are able to help others . Love the great work hours and the managers care about you.

I've been with DynaFlex for almost a year now and have never enjoyed a job like I do now. The whole company is amazing, from owners, to management to customer service to lab techs and designers.

I've worked for DynaFlex for 3 years now. And I can say it's been the most enjoyable job I've ever had. Management is very open and friendly. I will always refer friends and family to apply and come work with a great team we have! The new building is above and beyond and love coming to work everyday with my team.

I love my job and love this company. They are fair and understanding of having smaller children and needing time off for Dr. appointments. The work environment is fun to be in. I hope to be at this company for many, many more years. I appreciate what they've done for me and I believe they appreciate me as well. They are a growing business but still small enough to make you feel important. The owner often walks around and says hi to his employees and he cares about his employees well being. During Covid all he wanted was to keep his employees livelihoods going. It really is what you want to make of it. I believe going in with a positive attitude makes for a better day and helps other employees to see the benefits of working for DynaFlex.
