My realtor recommended this bank for our mortgage loan. We were first time home buyers and I must say the process and experience for us exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this bank to anyone. First of all, the program they have for first time home buyers/home buyers, is the best I have found in Saint Louis. You can qualify for up to $7500 in down payment/closing cost. My husband and I qualified for the full amount which was a blessing. The course was online and very informative for the home buying process. I would recommend the course even if you do not qualify or need the funds. Secondly, they have a flat rate for closing cost so you don't have to worry about junk fees on their end.Dave Eads, our loan advisor, was very experienced and worked diligently to get us the lowest rate possible for our conventional loan. He was very professional and caring as he kept me encouraged through the process. The entire process was done through email and fax so we did not get the privilege to meet him until our closing date. To top things off, we received an gift of appreciation for allowing them to serve us and congratulated us on our home purchase.
