If their phone system has a long wait yo schedule, wait and insist, it’s worthwhile! -

The irrigation system was installed in April but I waited until now to post my review so I could evaluate all aspects of their company. I researched companies and invited my top three choices to bid for the job. Pro Irrigation wasn’t the least expensive but their bid was in my reasonable price range. I am impressed with the professionalism of the three main customer facing aspects of their business, sales, installation, and service. I appreciated their commitment to complete the installation in one day. After the recent service call, I have the system that I wanted that covers my entire lawn (front, back, and sides) and all the flower beds. I like the Wi-Fi enabled controller that I’m able to manage with my smartphone. No more lugging hoses around my very large yard or hand watering all the plants.

My wife and I built a new home in the St. Charles area. We never had a yard before and I was recommended to use Professional Irrigation by members of my family.
When the sod arrived we were so excited to use our irrigation system and not have to water the whole yard ourselves. However, after a couple of days, we noticed the back area of our lawn wasn't getting watered properly.
I contacted Professional Irrigation support and was able to talk with one of their leaders, Nick Voss. Nick was able to get us taken care of and we are now resting in full assurance that our lawn will be perfect. His team also spent time adjusting nozzles to ensure 100% coverage of in other areas of our yard.
Just because it wasn't perfect at first, doesn't mean it will stay that way. The leadership really does care about their customers. We're all humans with flaws and this company will to its best to treat people the way they would like to be treated.

They were pleasant, personable and professional. The work was performed without hassle and done in a timely manner. I’ve also had a good experience with customer service with each interaction.
