Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We picked up our rental at 3pm on a Friday and the place was packed! Apparently, the staff was short-handed. The guy said that they would normally have seven employees at that time, but that day they only had four. The three I saw in the office handled the issue like complete professionals! Mario assisted me with my rental and he was extremely nice and patient. He had to have been feeling the stress, but he didn't show it at all. He took the time to explain the process to me and smiled the entire time.

Great customer service! When I was in the building, every employee that walked past me acknowledged me and said hello. I ended up returning the car early, and they were so helpful in making the process smooth, getting me back as much of a refund as possible, and even driving me back to the car dealer to pick up my car that had been in the shop.

The team at Wentzville Enterprise has always treated me great. There service is awesome, and typically I'm in and out within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them for your rental needs.
