These folks did great work on my older car. Great colour matching. When the dealer sent the wrong headlight bucket they called the dealer back and got the right one sent right out. Took an extra day but what great customer service. They also coordinated with the car rental place to have the car waiting for me at the shop. Nice!

Elmer's Collision is an outstanding, very professional, locally owned business in O'Fallon, MO. I highly recommend them based on multiple reasons: Their willingness to help and solve any issue you may be having. They are quick and efficient, manages time very well. They do not overcharge. The office staff is very kind and professional. And the technicians are "The Picasso's of their trade'"... wow!
When the dealership wouldn't help me on my 18 month old vehicle, Elmer's stepped up to help me. My gas cap cover was stuck. It has never been replaced or worked on. Elmer's fixed a scratch on it about a year ago... a scratch! The dealership refused to help me without a fee due to Elmer's fixing a scratch... the scratch has nothing to do with the latch not working... it was clearly a design flaw on my vehicle. The dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks, then do a diagnostic, charge me a fee, order the part and finally have my vehicle fixed... after a month. Did I mention my vehicle is still under warranty?! I called Elmer's and the lady's in the office were most helpful, consulted with their team of technicians and told me to bring it to them; they would help figure it out. They had -zero- responsibility to help me but they did it anyway. They are quick with their service, explain everything to you very well and the pricing is reasonable. My vehicle will be fixed in under a week now.
Bonus: the body work they have done on my daughter's car was amazing on her 12 year old car. They were able to help her, did amazing work, all within her budget. THANK YOU Elmer's for being willing to help, being professional and being excellent... minimum of 5 STARS, more like 10 stars!

Okay people when I say these people treated me like family after my car was damaged. Astounding workmanship and very easy to work with with good turn-around times! I commissioned this shop for my new rear bumper and front bumper it came out magnificent! Good quality work and great customer service. Brought my truck in for some dents and they did an amazing job. The black paint showed every scratch and now it looks like it did when it rolled off the factory floor. Professional family business and I highly recommend them.

Got rear ended in my Dodge Challenger and the staff was nice, awesome, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question I had. Repair looks AMAZING. Gave me updates.
