Madison Prairie Point

We have moved internally within apartment. We would like to give special mention to Jamie who helped us in finding apartment to our needs and has been very supporting. We spent 2+ years already and maintenance staff, specially Tyler is greatly helpful.

Our community is a place where people become friends because they are caring neighbors. Kindness is a daily experience. Thank you all for doing your part in making Madison prairie point a good place to call home.

Everything I was looking for in an apartment. Great floor plan , easily accessible to gym, grocery store.
Maintenance is top class. All requests are resolved in timely manner within 24 hrs.
Huge thanks to Taylor who stopped by at 4AM to fix the heater which was not working as expected.
Really enjoying our new home.

I’ve lived here on and off for the past ten years and the staff is amazing and maintenance is awesome. They come day of request and I can’t remember the maintenance technician my last time I lived here but he would always call me when I was gone and let me know what was going on and how he fixed it. He was amazing!

We moved Madison Prairie Point Apartments 5 months back and it has been a best home for us. Anytime something needs fixing, Taylor is the best maintenance personnel who is very nice, efficient and fixes in no time! Thanks Taylor!
