I love this place! I had a great expereince with trainer, Chris! He knew exactly what I needed to do to reach my goal. He gave me a healthy diet plan that miraculously worked for me. I lost 41lbs in just 12 weeks. It sounds crazy, but all I had to do was follow what he gave me , meal plan & workout every day along with the other clients. Chris is amazing and understanding. He is the best!

I have worked out with various trainers at various gyms over the years some I have loved and others not. But here it is obvious that the trainers love what they do and aren't just punching a time card. They truly care about you and your results on a personal level. That is something hard to find. The flexibile scheduling and reasonable prices make it harder to find excuses to not take the best care of your body by utilizing this gym's awesome staff and their skills.

This is a great gym with very friendly people that work and attend there. Chris is an amazing trainer who really cares about getting you to accomplish your goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to achieve fitness goals.

Chris is a great trainer!!! I enjoy being pushed to my limits and Chris knows how to get it done. Always leave with a great sense of accomplishment. If you're looking for someone to help you with your fitness goals this is definitely the place to go.

I’m 54 and had never step foot in a gym before. I was looking just to tone and firm my muscles for a future surgery. I have scoliosis, I actually thought my body would never change. Chris my trainer is so knowledgeable of the needs of my body type. It’s been 2 months I have gone from a size 22 to 14 😁 it’s more than I ever expected and I made a friend.
