Harris House Treatment and Recovery Center

Beautiful building and grounds. My second time there. First time was great but this time the classes were boring and most had nothing to do with addiction, rehab, or recovery and how to stay sober. One was painting rocks. My favorite is Dan's class on Relapse Prevention. He's the most interesting counselor and you never get bored hearing him talk. Just do that class and you'll see why. 😁
They ran out of half and half for 7 days, sweetener, plain bagels and a few other things. For 600.00/day, you should have the basics available to the clients.
It's still better than others around. You keep your phone, smokes, etc. You can go outside whenever you want. You're not forced to do all the classes but if you use insurance, they'll require you to do a certain amount of them.
Overall, it's the best place I've ever been and everyone there feels the same. Don't believe me? Try Centerpointe and get back with me.

I highly recommend Harris House Recovery Center. for both inpatient and outpatient treatment. The environment is amazing. The staff welcomes clients promptly easing any fear or hesitation. They make sure that the client has everything they need when entering treatment. Clients are treated with respect and as adults.
The counselors are always available and ready to share their knowledge and experience. The classes are very informative and interactive. I recommend anyone who may be facing a crises to call Harris House and receive the help clients
deserve.

I’ve waited a while to post my review because I wanted to make sure I was on track for a while before I share my experience. I’m sober 220 days today and I really can’t tell you how much Harris House changed my life. The counselors, the classes and the facility were all amazing. Special shout out to my counselors Liz and Frank, they are awesome! Also, I have to give props to Keisha-her classes are uplifting and meaningful. I’m in a much better place in life from where I was 8 months ago. I have a new job, new house, new hobbies and getting a lot of exercise. I know if I had not been through such a great program I would not be writing this today. You have to put the work in and it’s not easy but you will be given the tools needed to change your life for the better. The classes totally changed my whole mindset.

Amazing place!! Found myself here. Exceptional quality of service from Wes the man in charge all the way to the bottom, I was treated with respect and dignity. Truly a special place. Would recommend this treatment facility to any one who is truly trying to get clean and sober. Thank you

I was able to take a tour of Harris house before i even said yes to coming. i was welcomed with smiles and all staff was very friendly and willing to answer with any questions and concerns i had throughout my tour. The facility was very clean and well maintained. i was nervous but again staff was very friendly and clients as well. food was great and filling. groups were very informative and super beneficial to my recovery. Counselors were very kind and always willing to lend an open ear if needed. Bedrooms were very nice, beds comfortable. Added bonus is the free washer and dryers at all times of day and night. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking help and/or recovery treatment. on a scale of 1-10 there is no doubt i rate this facility a 10. I just want to say thank you to all staff and employees at Harris House for everything.
