  I had a wonderful experience! I was sad to have to replace my old acoustic piano, but Matt helped us find exactly what I was looking for at a better price than expected. He answered all of my many questions and was very knowledgeable about the features and differences between models. I love how the feel of the keys is very similar to my old piano even though the new one is digital. The delivery service was excellent too. Thank you!

  I purchased a K-200 for my daughter(12y) at the St. Louis location during the holiday.
  Matt worked with me over the phone and mostly texting before I visited the Kawai gallery.
  He understood my preferences and budget well, no pressure on me, and always responded to my questions promptly with helpful answers.
  Before visiting there, I had narrowed it down to 2 pianos to see; a new Kawai K-200 and an over 30-year-old used Yamaha U3.
  Some people will choose the used Yamaha because of the higher grade, but I chose the Kawai after all.
  The first reason is the price was more in my budget range. Second, I prefer the darker tone since maybe I grew up with a Kawai piano. Fortunately, my daughter agreed with it, and also liked the key touch. It’s a compact size, but still makes a great sound which met our expectations.
  Also, the polished black color looked more beautiful & appearing to us.
  Furthermore, it came with a 10 year warranty, free delivery, and 2 free tunings. Maybe because of the holiday special.
  Unfortunately Matt was out of the gallery when I visited, but Dan assisted me with a professional manner to make my final decision.
  Our piano was delivered earlier than I expected.
  There was no problem to make an appointment for a tuning service with a recommended company although I live outside of St.Louis.
  Matt kept in contact with me to see that the whole process was completed smoothly.
  Thank you so much for your help from the beginning through the end.
  We’re very happy with our purchase, and enjoying our new piano every day!

  I stopped in to the Kawai gallery before the holidays in search of a digital piano. I had already looked at Yamaha and Roland. I thought I would probably just get a Yamaha because their name is so ubiquitous in the digital piano scene. However, after reading many favorable things about Kawai online, I thought I would trek out to Lake St. Louis to have a look.
  
  Immediately when I first starting playing the Kawai digital pianos, I knew I had made a wise choice coming to the gallery. The action is far more realistic to an acoustic piano than either Yamah or Roland. The sound of the SK Grand was also very colorful and rich. It was exactly what I was looking for. I spoke to salesperson Matt over the phone the next day and he was extremely helpful. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me a ton of assistance when purchasing the keyboard. From the products to the people, my experience at the Kawai Piano Gallery was top notch. Highly recommended!!

  I recently bought a Kawai KDP-120 from the Kawai Piano Gallery. I worked with Matt and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the service I received! He was easy to reach by phone and text, and provided me a tracking number the same day I ordered my piano. Highly recommend doing business with this store, and Kawai products in general.

  Dan was determined to find the exact piano I was looking for, and he really delivered. Before landing with Kawai Piano Gallery, I did quite a bit of window shopping in the STL area, and I had my heart set on a used Yamaha U-range upright. I would have loved to splash out on a new Kawai model, but my budget didn't allow for it, so we came to a compromise and settled with a refurb Yamaha U3. There was a short wait as it was being delivered from their Texas branch, but when it finally arrived it was a sight to behold. It is a beautiful instrument, and the sound fit my needs exactly. It has a softness with each strike which immediately won me over, as I've never been too keen on piano's that sound overly sharp. The hammers were in perfect shape and the condition of the internals looked immaculate. The delivery was handled by Olson Piano Moving, and they were also exceptional, perfectly accommodating the tight spacing where we needed the piano to be placed. I highly recommend Kawai Piano Gallery (Alamo Music) for helping you to find the right piano that speaks to your soul. Thank you Dan!
