Westside Pediatrics

This is a wonderful office so much better than I expected. As the first time mother, I was given a prebirth consultation appointment which made me well prepared at the time of discharge from the hospital. Dr Richard Felkel is the most patient doctor I ever met. He never rush the appointment and answer all questions I have. People in the office are very professional. Book appointment and get feed back quick and acurate.
As a first time mother, no wonder I have always been nervous and anxious for evey discomfort my little one had. This office is difinately trustworthy for all my concerns. every time I call, I can receive a call back on the same day by dr. Felkel or a back up doctor.
Unfortunately, I will move soon to another state, but I will always remember Dr. Fekel and his team. I definately recommend parents choose this Pediatric for you child, you will never be disappointed!

Our family has been with Westside Pediatrics for 7 years. We have always received the best care from all the doctors there. But the weekend of July 4, 2022, the care went above and beyond. We were out of town when our 6 year old started showing signs of a concussion due to an accident at camp a couple days prior. I can't tell you how scared I was, and to be away from home and it be a holiday weekend. Dr. Solanki was on-call and stayed with me the entire time. He guided me through observations, how to get hydrated when she was throwing up so much, he stayed on the phone for over half an hour to get her a prescribtion in with the ONLY pharmacy available in Branson due to it being the 4th of July. Dr. Solanki truly gave his full attention to our daughter, and gave me the ability to feel confident in what I needed to do. We want to thank Dr. Solanki and also encourage any family that is looking for a pediatrician to consider Westside Pediatrics, their entire team is top knotch!

Dr. Felkel has been caring for my daughters for over 10 years and while we have always been huge fans of the care, attention to detail and level of professionalism with the team today was exceptional. Brooke cared for my daughter at the beginning of our visit. She was upbeat, engaging, helped her feel at ease, made her laugh and was an excellent care giver. Due to our last minute need to get in the staff went out of their way to accommodate, squeezing us in with Dr. Solanki who is also fantastic. We are fortunate to have access to excellent care and fabulous nurses- thank you!

Dr. Felkel is the best care we could ever ask for for our daughter. Being first time parents, he is so informative and doesn’t make any question feel like a silly one. He has treated our daughter as he would treat his own family since our first visit!
