This is a very friendly and outstanding Insurance office. You can do no better than Shane and his staff. I am a long time agent that has retired and wanted to give this agency top marks.

Shane and his team are amazing! I was recently side-swiped while stopped at a red light and Shane and his team went above and beyond. They made sure the case was closed verifying no fault on my end, provided the other insurance company with all information to speed the process of fixing my vehicle, even calling to check after all was closed with American Family, and doing all this in a way where I never had to pay my deductible (as I wasn't at fault). I would reccomend Shane and American Family insurance above all other insurance agencies I know.
