Central Bank

I opened a checking account and the process was simple, quick, and enjoyable. The individual who assisted me was very personable and went over all of the options that would promote my banking goals. Overall, it was a great experience!

Always great customer service. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get the help you need. Being a college student is hard enough as it is they always make sure to help my mom and I with urgent matters. I have been to several different branches and I’m always impressed with each one. The one in Saint Charles on New Town blvd is my favorite!

The people at this branch are very nice, it seems to be an efficient operation and the app is easy to use. The only reason why I did not give this five stars was because somebody sent me a check for seven dollars and it bounced and the bank charged me five dollars and I asked them if they could make an exception and corporate said no. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve fixed that small thing and made me feel a little more valuable to them but other than that it’s a good bank and I don’t blame the people at this branch for not being able to refund five dollars to me. They are good people.

Here is an update: although they did not reimburse us the five dollars, they had this cool thing where they were giving free cardinal baseball tickets to their customers all we had to do is show up in our cardinal gear and get free tickets! So I thought that was pretty nice!
