Love the office staff. The emergency response crews are always ready for the unexpected and attentive to customers needs..even in the middle of the night!

We used CSM for our two bathroom reconstructions due to bad water damage. Their contractor Joe was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, honest, personable and friendly. He’s a hard worker and stays on task. We were very pleased with him and trusted him in our home when we weren’t here. They also replaced the gutters on our home. Joe, again, did a great job. The office staff was pleasant to work with for the most part, communication was somewhat of an issue at times but nothing that couldn’t be worked through. Overall, we are very pleased with the work provided by CSM and my bathrooms look wonderful!

CSM went above and beyond in the process to restore our life back to normal after the chaos of the fire in our apartment. We would highly recommend them as we found them to be honest, sincere, and knowledgeable throughout the process. They were in frequent communication with us and were very transparent and worked very well with the insurance company as well.

CSM Construction has done work not only at our home but our farm as well. The services we received from CSM Construction were terrific. They had a clear understanding of what we wanted and provided services to those specifications. Mike, the owner, is super easy to deal with, kind, and his extensive construction and restoration knowledge is outstanding. We are very happy with the end results and will use them in the future for all of our construction needs.
