(March 20, 2023, 11:35 am)Such a great place. They helped my with our dryer problems, gave him ideas of what to look for and do. FIXED. Now our washer had issues. Again, they told him what to look for. Did not sell him a part immediately and turn their head. We did end up having to buy the pump but not till properly troubleshooting with their ideas. Can't say enough about this place.

I walked right in, the man in charge walked straight to the exact heating element I needed, gave me recommendations on how to clean out my microwave filter for free, and had me checked out and back in my car before the song on the radio that started when I got there was over! I had been trying to get this part from other locations closer to me for almost three weeks. Definitely worth the extra twenty minute drive.

(January 25, 2019, 5:11 pm)If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Had an issue with my washer and was able to pickup the part I needed same day. When that part didn’t fix the problem, Joe took the time to analyze my specs and gave me a fuse to try. Installed and washer runs great. Excellent customer service and will be using them for any parts needed in future.
