There are not enough adjectives to describe how awesome the Parc is!! Affordable luxury living in the perfect location. Kudos to Diana & Laura who have been the best since the day we came by to tour the place and were on hand the day we moved in. Concierge services are superb! Matt is the BEST! No fear of strangers lurking the floors-they don't have access. Love the convenience of the dry cleaning pickup & the self retrieval package concierge service. The views from the roof, the outdoor fireplaces, TV screens...awesome-the amenities are endless! The neighborhood? Everything you need is conveniently located. From CVS, Whole Foods, to the movie theatre, Starbucks & the Eisenhower metro. Love it! There's truly no place like a Parc Meridian home!

I love this community. I've lived in the building since 2017 and only changed apartments to move into a larger one with my boyfriend. This is the longest I have EVER stayed in one complex! The entire staff is great here! I got to the facility early, they brought me back and made me feel super comfortable. All the staff work great together as a team. The courteous nurses, anesthesiologist and Doctor reviewed all the steps they were about to preform and made sure I was at ease, since getting surgery is a big deal. Everyone took great care of me. I would definitely recommend St. Peter’s Ambulatory Surgery Center to anyone!

Just had a tubal reversal done today and the staff and doctors was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend going here. They have made me and my husband very 😂. We are so grateful. Thank you!

They were incredible - efficient, kind, caring, and so helpful! Dr. Gleuck has been so great with my knee throughout this process and genuinely cares about my well-being! Lauren and Elaine were amazing nurses in pre-op and post-op. They were attentive, helpful, and super informative every single step of the way! The anesthesiologist (Dr. M - I wish I could remember his name... I'm so sorry - the meds were really kicking in at that point) was AWESOME! He was so caring, helpful, and funny! He did an amazing job with the block and checking up on me during post-op! There were so many people that were there who helped along the way - you all are amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This was the best place I've lived in my 39 years. I lived on the 14th floor for 1.5 years beginning in February '17. Everything about this place is beautiful.

First off, incredible floor-to-ceiling views from my living room and one of the bedrooms. Second, the finishes and style were modern and perfect. Dark floors and cabinets, light granite tops, stainless everything, Nest thermostat, etc. It was 95% quiet the time I was there. The common areas are breathtaking and make you feel luxurious just going to get your mail or hit the gym. Metro and freeway access is literally seconds away, convenience is unreal.

The front office staff was always friendly, professional, and knew me by name every time I came in.

The only negatives were that I couldn't park my 2nd car in the garage, since they ran out of room apparently, and the price. But you get what you pay for. When I left you could begin seeing the signs of wear and tear in the elevators, I hope they keep up on it.

I have since moved to a similarly luxurious townhome in Maryland (not by choice) and I don't really like it. I dearly miss my time at Parc Meridian.
