(February 16, 2022, 5:13 pm)Bruce was intimately familiar with my transmission and the failure I was experiencing. A service bulletin was written on it back in 2008 which he explained would still require a rebuild due to high mileage. He briefed me on expected repair options and well estimated costs. He evaluated the vehicle soon after I left it with him. It was an easy call to go ahead with the best warranted option. The work was done sooner than predicted, the pickup went smoothly, and the transmission works even more smoothly. I will highly recommend this company to others in need.
