My son had a serious facial trauma that knocked out 1 molar, 3 half sticking out of his gums. He has soft tissue damage and lose permanent teeth. I called and got in an emergency slot. The hygienists were amazing at getting X-rays right after we walked in and seeing his mouth. Dr Amy came in and explained the damage, treatment plan, follow up, things to look out for and future potential complications.
They fit us in for him to get his treatment that day due to the extensive damage to his teeth and pain he was in. Dr. Amy had a full office and was still able to assist us. The hygienist worked with my sons pain and anxiety to make him comfortable. We are very grateful for the team! Thank you again!
Everyone here did a great job with my toddlers first dental visit. They explained everything in a kid friendly way and answered all of his questions, and boy did he have a lot. It made an anxious kid few so at ease which makes his mom feel at ease! So happy with our choice to go to St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry
Can't say enough nice things - really wonderful experience for toddler's first time. Staff was extremely patient and friendly and did a fantastic job working with her. Going over all the tools, letting her check them out and then performing a little check up on the doll she brought with her first. They seemed like people who liked kids and then got into dentistry rather than dentistry people who happen to work with kids.
I have a boat load of kids. This office is accommodating to our children and schedule. They are thorough and take the time to answer any and all questions. The staff is bubbly, friendly, and very patient as well. The office is neat and tidy, with a beautiful fish tank and movie to watch while you're waiting. Also, it smells clean in there, too, in a good way! The kids can watch a movie on the ceiling while the Dentist and assistant work on them, too. Kudos to the Dentists, assistants, and staff for creating an ideal office for little ones! We love it there and highly recommend it! 👌
We took our children (ages 1 & 3) for their first dental visit today. Both kids were scared and tearful. The hygienist (Bailey) and dentist (Dr. Amy) were both very patient and good with the kids. I also really like that we had our own room like at the doctors office- Dad and I were both able to go back and be in the room with the kids.
