Family owned place.its a wonderful place to bring your loved ones too.a very caring and very clean place.staff and residents are all caring and happy to be here.I've worked here so far for 7 years and found it go be so rewarding.its such a great place to work here and see the residents.everyone always has a smile on there face.

My brother and I placed my Dad into Twin Oaks Ofallon about 4 years ago (2017), and I can confidently state that Twin Oaks has exceeded every expectation we had for an assisted living home. I think what impressed me the most was how cheerful and kind the staff are. Not only does my Dad seem to have a great relationship with just about everyone there, but (before covid) for many of my visits I would use a rear entrance that happened to be near a break area (closer than the front entrance to my Dad's room) and I'd often pass staff on break. And it was comforting to see how happy and cheerful they always seemed to be. They'd even hop up to help with the door if I was bringing in groceries. The nursing staff is also extremely helpful and kind. They are always prepared for doctor visits (with a packet of meds & info for the doctor), and they always call to keep us informed about any issues my Dad is having. They are all good people. I could go on for pages about how much I love this place. It was a scary experience making the decision to move our Dad into a home, but I can't imagine a better place for him to live now that he's been there for a while. Even my Dad has grown to love the place.
