My wife and I were in St Louis to visit our grandson and Washington University. We had just arrived with a non functioning passenger side windshield wiper. It was Friday at 4PM when I pulled into the service bay. I spoke to Scott in service who immediately came out to the car and confirmed the wiper was not working. He took the car into service and within 20 minutes had the blade working again. Apparently a screw had come loose. Not only was the service fast, he refused to have me pay anything for the service. We are very appreciative of the service provided and if this is any indication of how this dealership is run, you would do well to consider them for your needs. Thanks again, Dom and Marie Agostin

I didn't realize there was a separate review section for just the service department, so I'll put five stars here too. I recommend. I even bring my Kia here for any service I'd have to pay for.

Recently had an annual vehicle check. Service department discovered massive damage inside front engine components from squirrels! They were extremely helpful identifying each damaged part. Highly recommend Ackerman Toyota for their outstanding professional sales and service departments!
