  The best part is the free vacuuming area! Even though I couldn’t figure it out , they had a mat cleaning machine! Also a spot to hang mats to clean yourself. Super nice! $5 wash was decent (not as good as some $6-$7 ones I’ve done) so would get a higher cost one next time!

  Oh yeah this place is nice, new and legit. Customer service is on point. Basic wash got the job done for me. Vacuums are a plenty and excellent.

  Just had the best customer service at a car wash I have ever had! Will Douthit the General Manager of Tidal Car Wash bet me my car would look better after going through their wash than doing it myself? Well it did and I signed up for a years worth of car washes!! Great customer service and great car wash!!

  I love this car wash. Beyond just the great wash, this business has a manager named Rich. My first time meeting Rich, he was dancing and having a great time doing his service. I complimented him on his attitude, and went about my day. The second time I had seen him, he was having trouble with the computers. I could see he was stressed out, and I greeted him, and he still kept a stable happy smile while he was struggling with his own issues. Rich represents leadership, not just management. I am happy to pay my monthly service fee for my washes, especially if I am having great experiences through such a simple process. Thank you Tidal Wave. Thank you Rich.

  The best thing about this place is that I look forward to going every single time! The guys who work here are amazing. They always make me smile and of course, the wash I great. The GM, Rich, is so high energy and committed to make the 30 seconds that you encounter with him the best 30 seconds of your day. I truly appreciate great vibes and great washes from this place.
