Redwing boots are worth the expense. It's my experience with the owner of this store that he doesn't particularly care for Black men. He is in a big hurry to get rid of you. After almost 19 years going to this store, it has never changed. Hurry hurry and git out of the store. EVEN IF THE STORE IS EMPTY! But when Whites come into the store, he treats them like they belong.

Kenny provided excellent customer service! He was really patient and helped me decide on the boots best suited for me. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable! I also requested for some additional work on my boots because I preferred eyelets over fabric lace loops, and Red Wing finished this work in 2 days! I love how the boots look and they fit great! The boots are a bit pricey, but the quality and customer service is exceptional and makes everything worth it. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing some work boots!

I went in to buy shoe laces for my work shoes. The salesman went to the back of the store and came out and handed me a pair of shoe laces for free. Super nice! Looking around they had many beautiful top of the line shoes. All styles. For work and casual. I'll definitely return and pick me up a pair soon. Great people, great shoes.
