First visit post hospital overnite stay....
Very through history and physical by resident...followed by review and exam by Dr Sladek. Very personable..detailed overview of reason for visit as well as
Complete history....medication review and changes recommended and why.
Will be my primary in Florida...we are snowbirds from Michigan.
I am a retired critical care nurse and highly recommend Dr Sladek and staff. -
