I took my car here on 03/01/19. My car was overheating and leaking. Dickson, the owner, informed me of the process, they checked my car, charged $65 to diagnose the problem, they’ll deduct that from the total if you decide to get it fixed there. My car needed a new thermostat and housing. They ordered the parts and fixed it within a couple of hours. A week later my check engine light came on, I suspected it was something with the thermostat. I took it back and sure enough it was. My car wasn’t warming up properly therefore my heat wasn’t blowing hot air, just warm. I tried to explain that to Dickson, but there was a misunderstanding with what I was trying to convey and what my friend was telling him. Anyway he told me drive around for a while if the light comes back on come back. So my car was ok for another week, the check engine light came back on. I took it back this time they put a thermostat switch on. The next day the light was back on again. I took it back again. I was frustrated at this point, but Dickson assured me that they’d get it right. He replaced the housing again. I haven’t had any problems after that. My car has been running normal. Although it was a lot of back and forth, I never felt like they were trying to get over on me. Dickson wanted 100% satisfication. That I am. The price wasn’t too bad either.
