I must say I never thought I'd be giving a government office a 4 out of 5 but I must say this office (regardless of the policies and bureaucracy) is absolutely awesome with customer service. From the security guard on to the agents. I was surprised how kind, polite and the speed in which we were assisted each time I've been and yes it took 4 trips total to resolve the issue, but I've never been more satisfied with dealing with an official office. Way to go Fenton, SS Admin! You all are great!
I have been in a bad accident in 2004. From the get go Social Security Admin. Has been very professional yet always pleasant to talk to.
I just had to go to Part B for health insurance, again very nice and easy to get this done!

Walked in the door and a officer greeted me and was very friendly. I signed in and yes a bit of a wait. The lady at the window was very polite, friendly and helpful. I needed further assistance to be sure I didn't have to come back. Those folks took very good care of my needs and didn't just rush me out. My hats off to them..
Clean, efficient office. Literally the nicest government employees I have ever dealt with- the security officer at the front door was polite and helpful, my wait was about 20 minutes, and the lady who actually helped me was nice, joked around and had a good personality all while being very helpful. All of the other employees also seemed in good spirits as they helped other people. A refreshing find in today's society and a pleasant surprise for the SS office!
