Andy and his team sold two homes for us in less than two years. Our rental home had been on the market with another agent for months and only got one offer before we decided not to sell. We listed it with Andy two years later and, despite a water issue during the open house, still had multiple competitive offers within a couple of days. Andy gave great advice about staging our homes, negotiating sales etc. He was very patient and understanding about time constraints and worked with us to list our primary home while we could have kids and pets out of town.
