Kelli has been my agent for 24 years. Her and her office staff have always given me the best service I can imagine. The few times I have had a claim, her office and American Family have processed them professionally and always to my satisfaction. Last year at my annual insurance review she recommended I have them send me the Hedge protect system. The equipment was free and it gets me a discount on my homeowners. It is a camera, which takes video and detects movement as well as 3 sensors I can place anywhere that measure humidity and temperature. I have one of them by my walk out basement door. On January 21 this year I heard a bang and heard the sound of water which at first I thought was the washer. Then I received a text from Hedge that said "water detected in the basement." I went downstairs and water was spraying out from a panel where I have the shut off to my outside faucet. I had the main water supply to the house shut off within 7 minutes and a plumber came the next day to make repairs. All it cost was $250 and I had no other damage to the finished basement. If I had not received the text I might not have gone downstairs and if I had not been home I would have known to come home immediately as I could see on the camera, which faces that walkout door, that there was an issue. I cannot imagine using another insurance agency or another agent.

Submitting a claim was fast and easy. They helped me through the whole process, even set up my rental car. The adjusters explained everything to me with care and compassion. Needed a fix on a shower that was leaking in the wall. Call Monday evening, Cole was at the house first thing the next am. Professional and likeable guy. Will use them again in the future.

My wife and I were selling a house and it needed a fair amount of work done to prepare for the sale. Cole repaired: a broken water line to an outbuilding, the sump pump setup, HW heater, food disposal and he replaced all the old polybutylene pipes in the house. The quality of the work was excellent -I can't say enough good things about these folks.
