I am posting my review of Dr. Menges and her staff which I have worked with for years now. She delivered my first baby and will shortly deliver my second. I can say, without a doubt in my mind, that Dr. Menges is THE best doctor I have ever had. Ever. She is passionate about her job and her patients, she is knowledgeable and caring. There is no other human being I would want to bring my child into the world. Her office staff is always polite and punctual. I’ve never had a single issue. It breaks my heart to see reviews that are based on peoples own issues like insurance or not even having had an appointment. It’s easy to write a bad review on someone then disappear on the internet. Take it from an actual patient who has had experience and understand that she is the real deal. You won’t find another doctor like her.

This clinic is absolutely amazing! Fantastic OB care from Dr McDonald and her team. She also has a wonderful collaboration with Dr Garrett for chiropractic care. 30 weeks pregnant and had my first adjustment with Dr Garrett and my body feels like pre-pregnancy. All the aches were immedietly resolved! Highly highly recommend for a well balanced and comprehensive OB care!!

St. Louis Womens Healthcare took amazing care of me during my pregnancy!! The phlebotomist, Sandy, calmed my nerves during blood draws and made me look forward to coming to the office. The medical assistants were always sweet, friendly, and took my questions to the doctor to make sure my concerns were discussed. Highly recommend!

This office is amazing! Dr menges delivered my son, and was very attentive throughout my pregnancy. I developed placenta previa around 20 weeks and she referred me to all the right specialists and worked with them during the entirety of it all. I love that she is in close distance to mercy and was able to get there within 10 minutes of getting the call.

I had such a great experience at St. Louis women’s health care group. Dr. Menges is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been suffering with PCOS for many years and she actually listens to my concerns and has helped with it in so many ways. The staff is always friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere.
