is always friendly and helpful. Recently they helped us set up a new loan
and the process was very easy and seamless. We really appreciate the effort everyone put in to help us get our financing. -

(September 26, 2019, 11:29 am)I don't live in the area or bank here but I was visiting some family nearby and needed a money order on short notice. I stopped in and was assisted by a very polite young man named Stephen who informed me that they could not provide a money order to someone without an account there. It may seem like such a simple thing to be polite to customers, but in this day and age I wanted to make sure people know that Steven and the other staff members here are just so polite and well-mannered. I really appreciated it.

(September 26, 2019, 11:21 am)I recently changed my bank over from us to midwest and I was a little scared. The first time walking in a couple of months ago I was blown away by the costumer service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, specifically this taller gentlemen I think his name was steven. He was extremely patient with me and his customer service skills were great. It felt more like they cared about me as a customer unlike my previous bank. I don't normally review places but I really liked this bank. I think I'm going to be sticking with midwest for my banking needs for now on.
