  Our dog Odin was bitten by a venomous snake while at the creek. We called our vets suggested contact for emergency and they could not take him. We called Fox Creek and told us to come on in. They were so good with our dog and are giving him the best care. We are so thankful for their emergency services and making sure he is ok! We are SO thankful they were available and willing to help us!!

  Unfortunately, we had to euthanize our sweet Australian Shepherd this past weekend. How we ended up with this decision and the timeline to get to that point is a long one. But thankfully, one of my calls was to this clinic. They weren't our regular Vet, but ours is closed on Sundays, and our Nellie needed to be relieved of her discomfort. It was time. The staff at this facility couldn't have been better, from intake, to the techs, to the Doctor. All were compassionate and more than competent. We appreciated their care and patience with us more than words can express. Once we decide to get another dog at some point down the road, it is very likely that we will take that pet to this facility as our regular Veterinarian instead of the one we had for many years. Fox Creek was that impressive. Thank you Fox Creek for guiding us through that very heartbreaking event. My wife and I appreciate it so much.

  We called the clinic yesterday after we noticed some disturbing symptoms with our Guinea pig. We were able to get in that same morning and were kindly greeted at the desk and were almost immediately brought back into an examination room and had excellent initial questions asked by vet tech Alex. Shortly after, Dr Nelson came into the room and was extremely professional and thorough with her evaluation of Eliott. We left with a good treatment plan in place and excellent medication instruction by Alex. Both my wife and I, along with Eliott and his brother Bear, felt much better upon leaving. I could not give a higher recommendation to the entire staff we encountered and especially to Alex and Dr. Nelson!

  My first time at Fox Creek, I was encouraged by my own vet to get a second opinion on my kitty. She's had chronic ear issues and needs an ear canal ablation. Fox Creek has traveling vets that are able to preform this extensive surgery. The estimate that I was given is over $6000, unfortunately, I'm unable to afford this. Nevertheless, the kind, compassionate vet and tech that took care of my Ebony today, did not make me feel small or stupid for saying I could not afford this surgery. They decided to give her some comfort instead, flushing her open wounds under her ears and giving her two injections. I'm grateful to them for that. Although this will be temporary, I'm hoping to convince my oldest son that the best thing we can do for her is to let her go. Thank you to Fox Creek, for caring and wanting to help my kitty.

  My dog fell very ill on a Sunday afternoon. Fox Creek was open and was kind enough to get him in right away. He was seen immediately upon arrival. Dr. Nelson and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave top notch service. Since we were impressed by their bedside manner so much, we decided we will be switching over to their practice in the near future. Again, thank you so for being there for us, and for our pup.
