Total Access Urgent Care

The process of being admitted was quicker than I expected, because there were quite a few cars in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in I was filling out paperwork and showing my drivers license and insurance card. Shortly after completing that, I was escorted to a room and within minutes someone was there asking about my problem and taking my vitals. He was quite professional but friendly. The nurse said the doctor will see you shortly. Again in a very short period of time a doctor came in and checked me out. He too was personable and easy to talk to. He listened to me, and he checked me out.
All in all, I had a good experience in their care. It’s very clean, well lighted, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus it cost a lot less than going to a hospital ER. I would totally recommend Total Access Urgent Care .

My diagnosis on a Friday required that I return Saturday and Sunday for fluids and blood tests. Many people helped me during those 3 days and not one was unpleasant. Everyone was kind and made me as comfortable as possible. I was blown away by their dedication to treatment when I couldn't see my primary care doctor.

I was not sure what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised. My wife was seen really fast and everyone who worked there was professional and courteous. She was in pain and they helped in every way. I didn't think we would get great service but we did! Kudos to everyone there! Your are a great team and won over our service!! Thank you very much!

Let me preface this with I’m an RN, I arrived feeling pretty sick and I didn’t tell anyone I was an RN. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from the front desk, to the check in, the nurse practitioner Gail, from the x-ray tech, and at my check out. Truly impressive! In a day where healthcare is so understaffed and all we hear our complaints, your team deserves recognition. I was treated exactly how I treat my patients. Your team was absolutely amazing, and they inspired me, this is what medical care should look like. I felt thoroughly checked out and cared for, and received exactly what I needed to get well, and they were all so friendly and caring. Kudos to a job very well done!
