We have had a terrific experience working with Matt in the south county location and Abe in the Manchester location! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough in explanation, very customer centric and pleasant. We weren’t pressured into anything, given the facts and also helpful insight on the products we were seeking. Matt followed up with me via email for almost 2 months until the ideal scooter became available for my wife. Even the delivery gentlemen were so kind and helpful in explaining the operation of the lift chair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Matt, Abe, and everyone else involved with our purchase were stellar!

Thank you SO MUCH to MediEquip for the work your service attendant, Jason, did for my parents. My parents shared that he came from St. Louis and made repairs to all three chairs. One or two were under warranty and the other was at minimal cost. He was professional and very kind, too. This daughter appreciates your quality service and the respectful manner in which two customers were treated. 😃

Mr. Al Koudys greeted us when my husband and I first came into the store. Very polite, knowledgeable, no hard sell. We purchased a push wheelchair--in stock and already assembled (thank you!!!), which folded up easily and nicely in our back seat. Great service, great products in stock, and an overall excellent experience. Thank you Al!
