Kidstreet on Tesson is a very nice daycare. The staff are attentive to the children, & concerned for the children's wellbeing.
I have been proud to work at KidStreet for the past 5 years. We really have created an environment where our students and staff can feel like they are apart of a family here. Working in childcare requires a special calling for children and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. ❤️
We currently have 2 children enrolled at Kidstreet with our 3rd on the way. I honestly feel that everyone from the directors on down are like family. They were just as excited as we were to find out our 3rd and final child would be a girl.
Back to the daycare/ preschool side of things. They are amazing and willing to work through anything no matter how big or small. I can call Karen or Sarah anytime and they make us feel like we are top priority everytime.
Like all day cares, it's hard to follow every specific need of the parents per child. This day care might have had issues with the previous directors etc but all new staff attend to these children. I know there are trained CPR employees. I have raised 3 children and they are all grown. I had the pleasure of not sending my children to a day care but I can tell you that most of the comments on this blog.. you as parents, I'm sure, would not sit down with your child to teach them if you were home with them, as much as you'd like a day care to as well. Day care is 6 years and younger. If you want specifics, do them yourself at home. The main objective is child safety, care, and a loving atmosphere. Age plays a big part in how development happens. Be kind to the teachers/aids that take care of your children all day. It takes a special type of person to have the patience and love. Hush a little and spend time more with your child than on this blog leaving rude, unnecessary comments.
Loving mother of 3..
My daughter goes to the Tesson Ferry location and she really loves it there. The Director and Assistant Director have only been there for a little over a year but they are great and so are the teachers. The teachers do try to follow your instructions to help build on what you're doing at home which is great. They also are always trying new things, whether it's walking in the local parade or implementing new technology like a test alert for inclement weather, they seem to be in it for the right reasons, to help your children grow.
