I can highly recommend Home Care Assistance of St Louis. After my shoulder surgery, I had care givers assisting me for over 2 months. What I appreciated was first of all a number of great care givers who helped me with all facets of my life after surgery including running errands. I also was grateful that if a caregiver was not the best fit for me, they would find me someone who was better. Also, if I was not the best fit for a caregiver, they found another assignment for that individual. Which tells me they care about the client and the care giver being a good fit for one another.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. From the hiring process all the way to my retirement, they were professional, respectful, and extremely flexible! The staff provides great communication by listening to my needs and giving me options. I had the pleasure to work with a client manager, Nora, on several cases and she was so compassionate and caring with our clients!! Most importantly, they care about the client and their needs. Amazing company overall !

I have worked with Home Care Assistance for over two years now and I have only had positive experiences with the company. They provide flexible options for hours since I am also a student. They also keep an open line of communication with the caregivers and I feel that I can always come to them whenever I am in need of assistance. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable. I always feel welcome and appreciated when I come into the office. The care managers also are skilled in making sure their caregivers' strengths match up with what their clients need. I love working with HCA!

I’ve been working for Home Care Assistance about 2 years. I have had a very good and positive experience working for them. I have recommended this company over some of the other caregiving agencies in the St. Louis area. The office staff is very nice and helpful. They do a good job communicating with me in a professional and respectful way when there are changes in my schedule. Overall I think they are a good company to work for.
