Duchesne Elementary School

I went to this school as a child. I was part of the "Special Needs" class in the small building just off to the side of the school with the black roof. There used to be a smaller set of playground equipment in the back where the hop-scotch is now.

I am now 33 years old. I still tell many people of how great and tolerant the teachers I had were. They put up with a lot of my anti-social behavior and O.D.D. .

It was also here when I had my first rounds of IQ tests where I scored 186. I ended up joining Mensa after leaving high school.

At the time I was there, much was happening and changing but the teachers (except one of the 4th grade teachers who was horrible) were always there for me.

I just wanna say thank you for helping me get started in life.

I go to this school and have many friends and love ny teacher

Retired Teacher. I worked ten years in this building. Great staff who has always had to pull it together. New principal who has a challenge to bring the school's reputation back to a positive one and trust from parents.
