The sensitivity displayed by Dana and staff was so important. It made me feel very comfortable. The experience was stress free and incredibly easy. When one is broken hearted and very sad from their mother passing away it's very hard to make these arrangements and decisions. Dana handled it all very compassionately. My very first contact with Neptune Society on the day my Dad passed away was very frustrating. And I was left feeling a bit anxious that the rest of my experience with this company would be the same. But once my Dad was in the Neptune Society's care and I came into contact with Dayna and she walked me through the whole process of what was to come I had a much much better experience. Dayna, Jennifer and the whole crew on the Naiad were all extremely helpful and gracious during this whole process. We ran into a little bit of a hiccup with my Dad's death certificates but that was resolved. Other than that I felt the whole process went really smoothly and someone was always available to answer my questions. The scattering of my Dad's ashes in the SF Bay was a beautiful experience and I'm pretty sure it was everything my Dad wanted.

From start to finish, these are great people performing a great service. I've worked with them twice for my Aunt and Uncle and they were just incredible. Because of their help, both days were memorable and a really nice tribute to my relatives. Thanks so much!

I am 86 yrs old and decided it was time I arrange preparations for my final curtain call. I did feel hesitant facing the process. I had planned a casket and burial with my husband 30 yrs ago. After much thought I decided on Cremation. I chose Neptune because because of their excellent reputation and recommendations from others that have used their service. My Service Representative, Arlene Emerson explained the process, and answered my questions. She was sensitive talking to me about my End of Life preparations. I feel comfortable knowing I have spared my children this task. I highly recommend The Neptune Society.

Every aspect of my experience with Neptune Society of Northern California was positive. I was invited by a friend to be part of a small group of four women to hear about what the Neptune Society offers. I knew nothing other than the words "pay in advance for cremation". I had no idea how it worked or how much it cost. I was very surprised to find out how many details they will take care of for my family and how little it cost; I was expecting a figure of twice as much.

My individual experience is that I intend to donate my entire body to a medical facility and will only use the Neptune Society if my body is not accepted by the University. Arlene was able to use that information to find an agreement that worked for me, my family and the Neptune Society.

My advice is to ask questions about your personal situation, because the Neptune Society has probably already worked with others in your same situation and will have answers to those questions and many others you never even thought to ask.
