Southwestern Hearing Centers

My mother lost most of her hearing 7 years ago and started wearing hearing aids. She continued to struggle with her hearing. After going to Southwestern Hearing, being tested again they put her in the correct hear aids for her issue, she is a different person. She heard the wind for the first time last week. We are so happy!

What a wonderful place! Both Matt the Hearing Instrument Specialist, and Karen, the front desk wiz, who can clean your hearing aides better than anyone, are both very good at what they do, and do it all with a SMILE. I give Southwest Hearing 5 stars, but they deserve10! I’ll never go anywhere else.

We were very impressed with Matt's professionalism and the friendly office atmosphere. Service was prompt and efficient. They also welcomed a follow up visit after one week to answer further questions as I adapted to the new hearing aids. I have severe hearing loss but these Nu Ear/Starkey Hearing Aids have made a significant difference. I'm amazing at the sophisticated technology!

What a great experience all around. The best part is that my 85-year-old mother is extremely happy with the first real hearing aids she’s ever had. Glad to learn the difference between amplifiers and hearing aids that are made custom. They are easy enough for her to work which is saying a ton. The staff at the Watson Road location is wonderful. They were patient, professional, friendly, and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this operation.
