Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I can’t say enough good things about my vehicle rental experience at the Ellisville location. The SUV we rented was excellent, but the customer service is what make our experience exceptional. Derek went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our rental. I wish more places would have customer service standards like this Enterprise location. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect, courtesy and kindness during a time in which many customer service focused businesses make patrons feel like a burden. Thank you again and we will definitely be renting from this location in the future.
