Outstanding customer service from the first phone call. I wanted to see if they could fit me in Friday morning. They were able to get one of their stylist to come in early and she was amazing.

My mom and I come to Angels on the Balcony regularly to see our favorite stylist, Karen. We just came in today for a color, highlight, and cut. Karen has got to be one of the best stylists in St. Louis. She takes the time to actually listen to what you want, while also giving helpful suggestions, so that when she's finished, you will walk out with great hair and no regrets.
Because her last shop closed, we followed her here to Angels on the Balcony, and we are very pleased with this location.
The salon is a modern facility with new equipment; always clean every time we've been here. I love the big panel windows on both sides of the main room, it gives the whole salon a bright, open and airy feel. The prices are reasonable, as well Angels on the Balcony is located near the intersection of Highway 270 and Dorsett Road, so if you live anywhere near there, I highly recommend the salon.

Best hair salon ever. Great customer service, Laura did my hair I did a straight hair with clips and she was so good with it. Great experience I highly recommend it.
