Whispering Hills Apartments

This is a BEAUTIFUL place to live. The atmosphere is awesome. Unfortunately, I couldn't be approved. Like mostly all rental places they require you to have 3x the rent in income. The prices of EVERYTHING has gone up so much that people like myself can't get into decent rentals. I'm on Disability and a Pension. With what I make it still isn't enough for a decent place to live. I currently live at Bennington Heights Apartments. If anyone know of this place you'd know why I'm wanting to move. I thank them for talking to me. Natalie is the best. It's really hard to make over $4500 a MONTH even if I had a job.

My parents lived there in the late1980's/early 1990's, specifically 12766 Shadycreek Ln. They really liked it and thought it was a lovely place to live. I visited a few times and thought how nice and quiet it was and well maintained.

We love it here! It’s 5 minutes from basically any store, located in a quiet, clean and friendly neighborhood. We’ve had no issues with noisy or rude neighbors, and everyone is very dog friendly!

I have been staying at whispering hills for over 3 years with my husband Himanshu. The complex is very well maintained. The leasing office staff is experienced and always helpful. The indoor swimming pool is heated in winters and awesome for a relaxed swim. They organize multiple good events throughout the year like paint night, wine night, food trucks, Mexican theme night etc. I would never leave this apartment, love staying here 🙂 Highly recommend 😀

Whispering Hills Apartments has been the best place I have called home in St. Louis since I moved here in 2017. I have lived in Hazelwood and St. Charles but nothing can compare to here. Surrounded by trees and away from the main road, Whispering Hills Apartments gives you that secluded feel while still being extremely close to major grocery and retail stores. The office staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and are always willing to help. This has been the first apartment complex that host fun events during the week to help create that family community.

If you are looking for a location that is affordable, safe, pet friendly, with a great community atmosphere, then look no further. Whispering Hills Apartments is truly a great place to live.
