The Back Store : Plaza Frontenac

The managers at the Back store in Frontenac plaza and the galleria are exceptional. They remember prior customers and treat them as family when we return. You are never left alone with your sale. If something is not right, John and Corrine will do whatever it takes to make you happy. We have purchased three tempurpedic mattresses and love them. Don't go anywhere else if you are interested in these mattresses. You will get the best sales and service from these two locations.

We found this store while searching for a local massage chair retailer. John was very knowledgeable about the chairs and showed us all the features that the floor models had to offer. We asked about the Tempur-Pedic beds and John proceeded to answer all of our questions and show us the difference between the various options. There was never any pressure to purchase during our visit. We took the information we were given and did our own research. We found everything John told us to be VERY honest. What a relief!!!! We went back into the store for another test run of the massage chair and Corrin was just as helpful as John. Definitely recommend The Back Store!!!!

Jon and Corren went above and beyond to help us complete our bed purchase. The back store was not the first store we shopped at for a mattress, but it's definitely the last.. in other stores mattress shopping is awkward, you lay on a bed for all to see with your sales person staring at you. At the back store, our sales person gave us plenty of space and was loaded with so much information. I instantly felt that I could trust him and in the end he helped us find the most amazing bed. We were told that our bed would come in 4-7 weeks and promised that they would be in constant contact with us regarding the delivery status. I know that these type of things are out of their control, but to my surprise, our bed came in just 4 weeks. Delivery was fast and professional. Our bed came so fast that we didn't have time to grab pillows, so we headed back to the back store only this time we went to the galleria location, same great service and extremely knowledgeable sales associate. We love our new pillows and bed. We are sleeping so good right now!

We shopped around at quite a few establishments before we arbitrarily stumbled into the Back Store. Not only did the price beat every quote we had received, but we were absolutely blown away with the customer service. Instead of receiving the usual sales pitch, Jon at the Frontenac location, spent ample time explaining the ins and outs of each bed selection until we found our perfect one. The process was easy, the delivery was swift/reliable and the quality of the product was above par but above all else, I want to reiterate that the customer service absolutely exceeded expectations. If you’re on the hunt for tempurpedic, or any high quality bed, look no further than the Back Store. You won’t regret it. We are grateful for a such wonderful experience!
