Mari De Villa Nursing Home

I could not have asked for better care for my mom! She was at Mari de Villa for 3 years - first in the assisted living and then in the skilled nursing facility. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful and I always felt like she was well cared for. The facility is always clean and the common areas are very nice. They have plenty of activities (obviously not much during Covid) from happy hours to music therapy, crafts and more.
Finding a nursing home for a parent, or making the decision to send a loved one to a home is an extremely difficult decision, but once I decided on Mari de Villa, it was an incredible relief. They were wonderful and I can’t thank them enough !

Mari De Villa took great care of my loved one. My parents loved the happy hour with live music every afternoon. All the meals were served with linen tablecloths. The private rooms are spacious with lots of room for family visits. The food was very good. They washed and ironed my father's clothes. He was always clean and well dressed. They have lots of opportunities for family activities - daily happy hours with live music, holiday parties, nice rooms with large windows and views of the pond that we used for family parties. The staff was very caring. We had tried 3 different places before we found Mari de Villa and there was no comparison. I highly recommend Mari de Villa.

My husband and I moved to Mari de Villa in November, 2015. My husband was in Villa West and then moved to Villa East. I've lived in Villa Estates all the while; and whenever I went to visit my husband, he was content and his needs were well-met. We both found that the employees and staff were evidently "hand-picked" for their excellence in patient and residence care. My husband passed away six months ago, and I'm finding that the Villa residents are extremely friendly and supportive. It truly feels like "family"!! I am grateful to God for leading me here!

Both my grandmother and mother were residents at Mari de Villa (some 30 years apart). They received outstanding care and enjoyed the many activities that were available. 10 of my mothers' college friends were residents with her, speaking to the facility's excellence and well deserved reputation. There is no substitute for family ownership - every person from maintence to the owners know each resident personally. I cannot say enough good things about Mari de Villa.

My Mother has lived at Mari de Villa since 2012. She lived in independent living for 4 years in a villa and is now is the 24/7 nursing care unit. I have visited several facilities in St. Louis and Mari de Villa is the best of the best! The staff is always professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Their kindness and care is beyond what I ever expected. I have never seen a nursing facility anywhere that is as clean and well maintained as Mari de Villa. I am really glad my Mom is there and is receiving such outstanding care and I can sleep at night and not worry about her.
